We are currently searching for relatives of or information about Sgt. Mitchell.

The only information that we have about him has come from the
Commonwealth War Graves Commission.

He was the son of James H. Mitchell and Ruby A. M. Mitchell of Higher Boughten, Salford, Lancashire.

Sgt. Michell was the Flight Engineer on ED627 and was aged 38.
